Dr. Moema Arruda
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Moema Arruda has a special connection with children. With gentleness, she provides quality health care for infants, children, adolescents, and those with special needs. Dr. Arruda was born in Brazil and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. She received her Pediatric Dental Certificate after a two year residency at Nova Southeastern University and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Fort Lauderdale where she gained extensive training.
Dr. Arruda is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association. She also holds hospital privileges at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, AdventHealth Orlando and Halifax Medical Center.

Dra. Arruda é especialista em odontopediatria e obteve sua residência na Nova Southeastern University e Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Ela possui o título máximo de Certificação em Odontopediatria pela American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD). Graduada em Odontologia no Brasil e nos Estados Unidos, ela é fluente em inglês, português e espanhol.

Dr. Mubashir A. Chaudhry
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Mubashir A. Chaudhry grew up in Panama City, FL. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. Dr. Chaudhry enjoyed his time at UF and continued his dental studies there where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He started working with his Dad in Panama City for a period of three years but he realized he loved working with children. He completed his pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Chaudhry is currently a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the Dental Society of Greater Orlando.
Dr. Chaudhry enjoys watching and playing sports. He also enjoys learning and eating different types of cuisines. He loves spending time with his wife, Asma, and their four children.

Dr. Penny Laowansiri
Orthodontic Specialist and Dentofacial Orthopedics
Dr. Penny Laowansiri received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) with honors. She started her orthodontic residency at the Center for Advanced Dental Education at St. Louis University and earned her Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Orthodontics. Her Master’s Thesis, “Maxillary Growth and Maturation during Infancy and Early Childhood,” was published in Angle Orthodontist on Nov 2012.
She is familiar with various types of Orthodontic appliances, Functional appliances, Invisalign, other Clear Aligners, Soft tissue laser, and Temporary anchorage devices (TAD). Dr. Penny also completed a fellowship in cleft lip and palate at Barnes-Jewish hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Her treatment philosophy is to provide comprehensive orthodontic care to patients of all ages. Her focus is not only to create a beautiful smile but also to correct the growth of facial structures. The goal of treating her patients the way she herself would want to be treated is very important to Dr. Penny. She enjoys helping her patients achieve a healthy and confident smile.
Dr. Penny is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Florida Association of Orthodontists.
In her free time, she enjoys working out at the gym, Pilates, cooking, spending time with her little nephews and traveling.
